CREAMY HORSERADISH HERB DIP 
1/2 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. finely chopped red pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. dry crushed dill
1 to 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
bacon, crumbled (for garnish)

In a medium bowl, mix milk and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well until creamy.

Makes 1 1/2 cups.

If desired, sprinkle with bacon crumbles before serving. May substitute 1/2 teaspoon curry powder for horseradish.
