DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1/8 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. shredded dried beef
1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Melt butter in a skillet, saute onion and celery until onions are golden. Add dried beef. Stir in flour. Add milk and cook until slightly thickened. Add macaroni, seasonings and parsley. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
