STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
24 large mushrooms
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Wash and drain mushrooms. Remove stems and chop to make 1 c.

Melt butter; add garlic, onion, stems, bread crumbs and cheese.

Spoon into mushrooms.

Bake at 425°F for 8-10 minutes or microwave on high for 4-5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
