APRICOT SPICE BARS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. honey
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Chop apricots. Cream butter, sugar and honey. Add eggs; beat well. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in nuts and apricots. Spread in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and brush on lemon glaze.

LEMON GLAZE:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together.
