1 lg. pkg. Oreos, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
2 sm. boxes instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip

Mix above ingredients in a large bowl. Press half of mixture into bottom of 13"x9" pan. Beat 2 small boxes instant French vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk until thick. Beat in 8 ounces softened cream cheese until smooth. Then fold in 12 ounces Cool Whip. Spoon over Oreos. Top with other half of cookie mixture. Chill overnight.
