TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 head lettuce, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn chips
1 bottle creamy Italian dressing
1 can red kidney beans, drained

Cook and drain ground beef. Stir in taco seasoning. Cool. Combine with remaining ingredients in bowl, tossing to mix. Serve.
