CREAM CHICKEN 
1 whole cut up chicken
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Put chicken, onion, water, salt, pepper, oil and garlic salt in a kettle and partially close lid. Cook on medium heat until chicken is starting to fall off bone and the water is evaporated. At that point there will be a thick juice of gravy on the bottom. Add the whipping cream and resalt. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. You then have cream chicken and you can have it over boiled potatoes.
