LEMON SNOWFLAKES 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix with pudding
2 1/4 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 egg
confectioners sugar

In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg. Beat on medium speed until blended. Batter will be very sticky. Drop by teaspoonfuls into confectioners sugar; roll lightly to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly brown.

Yields 5 to 6 dozen.
