STOVE TOP QUESADILLA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 c. picante salsa
4 flour tortillas (lg.)
Grated cheese

Cook ground beef, drain off fat. Add minced onion, picante salsa and salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

In skillet with a little oil, brown one side of each tortilla. Then return one tortilla to skillet, spread meat mixture all over tortilla. Add grated cheese and place second tortilla on top, browned side up. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
