6 chicken breasts
1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
1 1/2 c. butter
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 cans mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream

Cook chicken and cut up into small pieces, set aside. Brown stuffing crumbs in butter. Put 3/4 in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Save the rest of crumbs to sprinkle on top.

Mix together soup, mushrooms, sour cream and package of seasoning mix from stuffing. Add chicken then pour over crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, covered with foil. The last 15 minutes, take off foil and sprinkle leftover crumbs on top. 12 servings.
