STRAWBERRY TRIFLE 
1 pkg. white angel food cake mix or bought angel food cake
1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
2 (6 oz.) cartons non-fat strawberry yogurt
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
3 kiwi fruit, sliced
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Bake cake and cut vertically into halves. Freeze half for other use. Tear half into pieces about 3/4 inch in size. Layer half of the cake pieces, yogurt, whipped topping, strawberries, and kiwi in 2 quart serving bowl or trifle dish. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with almonds and garnish with whole berries. Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours. Makes 12 servings.
