2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. hot water
2 tsp. vanilla

Put all in bowl and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
