RELISH 
1 med. head cabbage
5 carrots
6 red or green sweet peppers
1 stalk (not bunch) celery
4 onions
1/4 c. salt
1 pt. vinegar
1/4 c. horseradish
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Put first 5 ingredients through food chopper. Add salt and let stand for 1 hour. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Do not cook or seal. This will keep in refrigerator all winter. Makes 1 quart.
