SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 c. uncooked minute rice
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Shape into balls.

Mix and simmer: 2/3 c. water 1 c. mushroom soup 1 tsp. lemon juice

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
