SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 med. onion
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Form into balls and fry in butter; brown and put into casserole. Make a thin brown gravy by adding flour and hot water to fat in which balls were fried. Add 1 teaspoon of Kitchen Bouquet to gravy. Put meatballs in the gravy and put in oven about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
