PEPPERONI PIZZA BREAD 
2 pound Loaf:

1 1/3 c. water
4 c. bread flour
1/2 c. cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 c. pepperoni

Follow instructions for 1 1/2 pound loaf.

1 1/2 Pound Loaf:

Place all ingredients in bread machine except pepperoni. Add pepperoni in when raisin/nut signal beeps or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends. Select basic/white bread cycle and use medium or light crust. Yeast amount is correct.
