GERMAN OVEN PANCAKES 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. flour, unsifted
1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

3 c. strawberries, halved
2 tbsp. sugar
1 carton Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place butter in 9 inch pie plate. Bake 5 minutes until butter melts. Adjust heat to 450 degrees. Put next 5 ingredients into blender. Mix at medium speed until smooth. Remove pie plate from oven. Immediately pour mixture from blender into pie plate all at once. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake 8 to 10 minutes more (until edges are puffed and brown). A well will form in the middle. Combine strawberries and sugar. Remove pancake from oven, spoon strawberries into center of pan cake. Cut into pie shaped wedges, serve with whipped topping.
