OVEN BAKED GERMAN PANCAKES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
6 eggs
6 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt butter in a 9x13-inch pan. Mix together remaining ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter into pan over melted butter and bake 20 minutes. Use Pyrex dish for best results.
