CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. boiling water with 2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix sugar, cocoa, eggs, oil, flour, baking powder and milk in mixing bowl. Dissolve 2 teaspoons baking soda in boiling water and add to mixture. Mix well. Batter is thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in greased and floured pan. Frosting is optional.
