3 c. flour
1/4 c. paprika
1/4 c. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper

Shake together in covered bowl to mix. Dredge chicken pieces that have been cleaned well and drained. Place on cookie sheet skin side down. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes; turn and bake another 20 minutes. Also may be used for pork chops and even fish fillets.
