2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper. Cool.
