BEET RELISH 
4 c. cooked beets
4 c. cabbage, cut
1 c. grated horseradish
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. vinegar

Mix together and boil 15 minutes. Seal in hot sterilized jars.
