PEAR RELISH 
4 lb. pears, peeled and cored
6 green sweet peppers
6 red sweet peppers
6 onions
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. salt
3 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. allspice

Grind pears, peppers and onions in food chopper or processor. Add all the ingredients to the vinegar and sugar. Boil 30 minutes. Put into jars and seal.
