4 c. bread cubes
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins

Crumble bread in bowl. In another bowl mix together remaining ingredients and beat together and add to bread crumbs. Let it soak a few minutes and stir in raisins. Bake for 15 minutes in covered dish on high in microwave oven.
