MICROWAVE OLD FASHIONED BREAD
PUDDING
 
2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter

Combine milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Beat with rotary beater. Stir in bread cubes and raisins. Dot with butter.

Microwave 26 to 28 minutes on medium (simmer) or until almost set in center. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
