ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can whole artichokes, quartered
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cut up artichokes; mix in mayonnaise and almost all Parmesan. Sprinkle rest of Parmesan over top. Bake 20 minutes at 350-375 degrees. Serve with chips or Fritos.
