ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans of artichokes (not marinated)
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. garlic clove
Parsley, oregano, pepper to taste

Chop artichokes into 1/4 inch pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
