ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (16 oz.) or 2 (8 oz.) cans artichoke hearts packed in water, drain
1 c. grated fresh Parmesan
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tsp. Dijon mustard

Mash artichoke hearts in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in 8 inch square glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
