ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. chopped artichoke hearts
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix gently. Bake in 1 1/2 quart baking dish at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Fill in pastry shells and serve while warm. This will fill 50 shells.
