ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz.) 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 c. mayonnaise (A cup, a cup, a can!) Drain and mash artichoke hearts and mix all ingredients. Heat at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until brown and bubbling. Serve immediately with crackers. |
