ORANGE/CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
2 (10 1/2 oz. each) cans unsweetened mandarin orange segments, drained
2 c. uncooked cauliflowerets
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
2 c. bite-size pieces spinach
1/4 c. low calorie French salad dressing

Toss orange segments, cauliflowerets, green pepper, spinach and salad dressing.
