3 c. instant nonfat dry milk solids
6 c. water
2 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. vanilla

Combine nonfat milk in a large bowl. Add sweetened milk and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Makes 1 gallon.
