PENNY SAUER VANILLA ICE CREAM 
3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
6 c. water
2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. vanilla extract

In large bowl, combine non fat dry milk and water. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Pour into hand or electric ice cream freezer. Proceed according to operating instructions of ice cream freezer.

Fruit may be added to mixture to add to flavor. NOTE: for a richer ice cream, 6 cups of homogenized milk may be substituted for the non fat dry milk and water. Makes about 4 quarts.
