TAKE CALORIES OUT OF WHIPPED
CREAM
 
1 1/2 tsp. Knox plain gelatin
2 tbsp. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4-6 ice cubes

Pour cold water in blender, add gelatin to soften. Add boiling water. Process until gelatin is dissolved. Add dry milk and vanilla. Process to combine. Add ice cubes, one at a time and process until it thickens to right consistency. Use as whipped cream or Cool Whip.
