TACO BURGERS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. corn chips
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 12 strips, about 1/8" thick
Paprika

Crush enough of the corn chips to measure 1/3 cup. Mix ground beef, crushed chips and seasoning mix. Shape mixture into 6 patties about 4" in diameter.

Set oven control to broil and/or 550 degrees. Broil patties with tops 4" to 5" from heat 5 minutes, turn and broil 3 minutes. Criss cross 2 strips cheese on each patty and sprinkle with paprika. Broil until cheese is puffed and golden, 2 minutes. Serve with remaining corn chips. 6 servings.
