SANDY'S MARZETTI 
8 oz. shells or elbow macaroni
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 c. minced onion
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
1 can tomato soup
Ketchup or spaghetti sauce
Cheddar cheese (sm. cubes)
Optional: Minced green peppers

Cook ground beef with onions (and peppers). Do not brown. Drain. Cook macaroni and drain. Place beef mixture and macaroni in a 2 quart casserole dish. Blend together - fold in mushrooms. Fold in tomato soup and ketchup (amount of ketchup depends on sauce you desire). Fold in Cheddar cheese cubes and top with slices of cheese. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
