MARZETTI 
1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. Cheddar cheese, diced
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown the beef, onion, green pepper, garlic together until tender. Cook macaroni until almost tender, drain.

Layer macaroni, meat, Cheddar cheese, and tomatoes. Top with tomato sauce. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
