MARZETTI 
2 lbs. ground beef
4 sm. onions
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 sm. cans mushrooms
2 cans tomato soup
2 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles, boiled until tender

Chop onions, celery and pepper. Fry ground beef, chopped onions, peppers, and celery until lightly browned. Add grated cheese, tomato soup and mushrooms; salt and pepper to taste. Add noodles. Pour into casserole and bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve hot.
