SALSA 
3 green peppers (chopped)
1 tsp. pickling spice (make a spice bag)
12 to 14 tomatoes (peeled & cut)
3 onions (chopped)
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
5 jalapeno peppers (chopped)
Salt to taste

Mix peppers, tomatoes, onions with vinegar, sugar and salt. Drop in spice bag. Cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours; remove spice bag and cook until desired thickness.

Fill sterilized caning jars (1 pint) water bath 15 minutes after it starts to boil.

Good with chips or on tacos.
