EGG DROP SOUP 
4 c. water
1 chicken leg
3 eggs
Sprinkle of chives for taste
May use grated cheese for flavor

Boil chicken. When chicken is done, remove the meat and place in pot. Add the 4 cups of water and bring to boil. Beat eggs thoroughly. Turn heat off to boiling water and quickly drop well. Beat eggs into the water and at the same time. Stir vigorously. Sprinkle in the chives for looks and flavor. May also sprinkle cheese if so desired. Serves 4 people.
