BEST BANANA BREAD 
2 cups sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
6 ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together sugar and melted butter, then add mashed bananas and eggs. Mix together dry ingredients and gradually add to banana mixture. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans, and split batter between pans.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes.

SECRET TIP:

Once bread is finished baking, remove from pan and cool on cooling rack for 30 to 60 minutes, or until the bread is no longer hot and steamy but still warm. Wrap each loaf in foil and allow to sit for 24 hours before serving. This keeps the bread moist!
