EGG - SAUSAGE BAKE 
6 slices white bread, diced
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
8 eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
4 c. whole milk
Paprika

Place bread cubes in 9 x 13 inch buttered pan. Add grated cheese and cooked, crumbled sausage. Beat in separate bowl eggs, salt, mustard and milk. Pour mixture on top of bread, cheese and sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. NOTE: Super brunch dish.
