EGG AND SAUSAGE BAKE 
1 lb. roll pork sausage
10 eggs
3 slices day old bread (cubed)
2 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown sausage and drain well. Set aside.

In large bowl combine milk, eggs, mustard and salt. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese, bread and sausage. Pour into ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. 12 servings.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup reserved cheese on top before baking.
