EGG AND SAUSAGE BAKE | |
1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage, bacon or ham 9 eggs 3 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 3 slices white bread, cubed 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated Brown sausage or bacon, or dice up ham. Drain excess fat. Beat eggs; add milk, dry mustard, salt and cubed bread. Stir in cheese. Put into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let set 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 8 to 10. (Excellent to serve for Sunday brunch. No mess - all done the night before.) |
