DATE PUDDING 
2 c. water
1/2 c. graham flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. dates
1 c. nuts

Boil water and sugar together 5 minutes. Add graham flour slowly, stirring all the time. Add dates (cut or chopped) and boil 15 minutes. Remove from fire and add nuts. Serve cold with whipped cream.
