HASH BROWN POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown frozen potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) or 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. butter, melted

Defrost potatoes, coat with butter. Mix rest of ingredients together and add to potatoes. Pour in casserole. Mix cornflakes with butter, sprinkle on top of mixture. These will freeze if you have any left.
