STAY IN BED STEW 
2 lb. stew meat
2 onions
1 bay leaf
1 lg. potato, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. carrots
1 lg. can English peas with liquid
1 can tomato soup

Lay stew meat in casserole dish. Cut onions and mix with carrots, peas, tomato soup, and potato. Place in casserole covered at 275 degrees for about 5 hours. After 3 1/2 hours, check to see if there is enough liquid. DO NOT stir while cooking.
