STAY-A-BED SOUP 
1 lb. stew beef
2-3 med. onions, quartered
4-6 carrots, halved
4 med. potatoes, quartered
1 can tomato soup
1 bay leaf
2/3 c. water
Salt and pepper

Put all ingredients in an oven-save pot. Cover. Cook 4 hours at 250 degrees.
