GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cut green beans, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. saltine crackers
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Place beans in large buttered casserole. Mix sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and seasonings. Pour this mixture over green beans. Sprinkle grated cheese over casserole. Crush crackers (not too fine) and mix with butter. Spread crumbs on top of cheese.

Bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly hot.

Serves 8 to 10.
