FIRESIDE CHILI POT 
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans chili with beans
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (or diced)

Combine first 4 ingredients and heat, stirring occasionally for approximately 20 minutes. Add next 2 ingredients; sprinkle some of the cheese on top. Heat in oven until cheese melts (about 10 minutes) at 375 degrees.
